No Regrets

Everything always goes as planned. Anything we want is on demand. Pretty places, pretty faces, blue skies, clear water, fine sand. Why are things still so hard to understand?

Angels sang, just before the bang That made everything. The joy and the wonder. Even suffering. Without the bad, without being sad, life would be bland. Can you say that again? I still don’t understand.

Connect the dots, we are robots. Is this what we’ve become? Some scream immoral. But it’s ok for some. I used to be curious. But I’m just a man. Living in a universe I don’t understand.

Now I’m just a universe living in a man. Still confused. Still perplexed. What is God’s plan? No one knows. The story goes. Since the beginning of time. History won’t repeat itself, But it most certainly will rhyme.

The oscillating force fueling chaos and order. Won’t make a sound, it’s so profound. It has no borders. It’s everywhere. Here and there.I surmise the very force of nature. I can’t explain. The joy and pain in any nomenclature.

It’s a force that lives inside you. That sometimes will guide you. To do right or do wrong. It depends on the song. The good and the evil that divides you.

It’s a feeling of purpose. That gives life it’s meaning. That fire inside you, glowing and gleaming. It’s evolution, a solution, an intelligent plan. That teases and taunts us in ways we’ll never understand.

I’m just a universe staring through the eyes of a mortal man I don’t understand. Then again, maybe perhaps, That is God’s plan? To live your life as the universe Experiencing existence through a life of a man. The only way for it to be physical, to at least try to understand.
